Giving Thanks...one last time

I wasn't planning on writing another "giving thanks" post after Thanksgiving. BUT I had to make an exception today.

Because I wanted to say how blessed I am to have such an amazing lady in my life. Actually I am grateful for her everyday, but today especially. This lady is....my momma!

She is the most understanding, loving, caring, beautiful woman I know! She supports me through EVERYTHING and makes my bad days better.

I wanted to give her a little thanks and tell her that I appreciate her. I LOVE YOU, forever and ever!

Today I am thankful for the day off, so I can get some things done!!

Like decorating my house for Christmas, cleaning the house, washing clothes, getting my oil changed, giving the puppies a bath, and start the house buying process!

Day Nineteen: Giving Thanks

Today I am thankful for my mom, dad, and sister. I can't wait to see them...I am literally counting down the hours.  Corey and I will be home for four days STRAIGHT, and I can't contain my EXCITEMENT!

These are the people who keep me sane, and grounded, and loved, and they are simply amazing. I love y'all so much! See you so soon!!

Day Eighteen: Giving Thanks

Today I am thankful for BRUNO! Bruno you are one of my favorites two boys, you make me smile on a daily basis, AND our cuddles are my favorite.

Today is your 1ST BIRTHDAY!! And anyone who knows our family, knows how precious our puppies first birthdays are.

Bruno we love you and we spoil you so much. I know you will have you most fantastic birthday of all.

Day Seventeen: Giving Thanks

I am thankful for my husband. But most of all I am thankful for the time I get to spend with him.
I posted this quote about a year ago with my New Year's resolutions and it has stuck with me ever since.

AND I have to say that Corey tries to be the best husband every single day. Most weeks we only get the see each other on the weekends and he ALWAYS chooses me. I love that we spend every single second together on the weekends. It doesn't matter if we are shopping, vegging out on the couch, going to see a movie, visiting our families, going on vacation, or fixing the toilets....we are inseparable.  Don't get me wrong we have both gotten grief for this either from our friends or family a time or two. BUT Corey is the person I chose to spend the rest of my life with AND I think he deserves my time....

So to Corey thank you for choosing me, you are such a blessing in my life.
AND with each day, I love you more, today more than yesterday, and less than tomorrow.
I hope I make you as happy as you make me every single day! I love you.

Day Sixteen: Giving Thanks

Today I am thankful for:

1. My Amazing School.
2. Our PTO.
3. Duty Free Lunch.
4. Desserts
5. And that my Blogger App got a much need makeover!

Day Fifteen: Giving Thanks

Today was not a good day, it was a bad day.

1. I woke up late (even though I went to sleep at 8 o'clock).
2. I forgot my phone at home. AND let me tell ya driving two hours without A phone is boring and kind of scary. The whole way there I was praying nothing would happen to my car (so I guess I am thankful I made it to work and home safely).
3. My kids were cray-cray. They know we only have three days of school left and they are chatty! Plus I had a kid throw sand at someone during PE today :/
4. Soooo once again I am exhausted!
5. Oh yeah, I also can't count because I labeled yesterday's post as the 13th even though it was the 14th.

Today I am thankful for a warm house and a comfy couch. I am also thankful for the glass of wine in my hand and the bathtub that is filling up as I type!

Day Fourteen: Giving Thanks

Today I am thankful for change. Change can be scary BUT it's necessary to grow, learn, and experience.

This Sewell Family has about fifty different balls up in the air. It feels like you know exactly where your life is going and then all of sudden...BOOM! Everything changes. I have no idea where we will be next year. But I can't wait to see where this crazy ride takes us. The power of prayer is amazing.

Day Thirteen: Giving Thanks

Such a rule breaker, blogging at school...

Today I am thankful to be back home after vacation AND back on my schedule. I also got to see all my sweet munchkins today. I have an awesome class and I really do LOVE them like their my own. I cant believe we are only 5 (teaching) weeks away from Christmas Break. This year is FLYING by. Now I'm doing some much needed catch up work from being gone!!

Today I am thankful for all the men and women who sacrifice their life for protecting us and our freedoms!
I also have a new found gratitude for the families standing behind them! God Bless all of y'all.

Today I am thankful for awesome coworkers. They have welcomed me in with open arms. I love that we can hang out outside of work AND get along at school! I am having such an awesome experience with my first year of teaching, and it wouldn't be possible without this amazing group of people.

Today I am thankful for Sally the Suzuk, that's my car. AND she is amazing! Today she reached 100 thousand miles...

She is getting old :(
But we have been to a lot of places together. Like...high school, college, honeymoons, vacations, and work! I am grateful that she is reliable. She gets me from point A to point B...AND bonus, she gets great gas mileage!

I am also a weirdo and take pictures of my cars mileage at monumental moments or cool patterns...

I had a totally different post in mind for today but sometimes, something beautiful smacks you right in the middle of your forehead. AND you just have to post about it!!

Today I am grateful for nature, sunrises to be exact. They are something I have been I love with for a while actually. I must admit though I haven't always been a admirer BUT lately I kind of have thing for them.

This morning I enjoyed this amazing view as I took the doggies for their morning walk!!
